Boat in TongaSam has a desire to share his love of cooking through his trial and error style cooking so you can take and leave what you want to add and find your unique style of cooking.

For many of his culinary experiments, you’ll find very limited in ways of measurements. Being true to his chinese culture his measurements are
relative to ‘about that much’.

As he travels to different parts of the world, he will add to his blog his experiences of local and cultural cuisines.

He will also be popping into local restaurants cafes and bars to share with you his honest dining experiences rating each place on atmosphere, food, service and overall experience.
