Sam is an avid foodie. He was brought up in the catering industry with his parents starting their own successful chinese takeaway. In his early years he would, almost every weekend, help out and observe his parents. He later went on to discovering his love for food through working in multiple restaurants and bars as front of house staff. Being front of house never stopped him befriending the chefs and learning techniques and tips. Even now, he is constantly learning and enjoying new tricks of the trade.
With over 20 years in the industry, he loves to cook, enjoy and admire cuisine from around the world. He has recently decided to share his thoughts, experiences and knowledge with you through this blog.
His mild obsession with fish and chips has led him to have an ongoing desire to find the finest one in the world!
